RESOLUTION NO. 80-62
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION WITH THE COUNTY
OF ORANGE AND THE OTHER CITIES WITHIN ORANGE
COUNTY TO CONSTITUTTE AN "ELIGIBLE JURISDICTION"
UNDER THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1979,
PUBLIC LAW 96-157
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana:
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed
to execute, on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, that certain
"Contract Entitlement Jurisdiction County of Orange and
Signatory Cities," a copy of which is on file in the office
of the Clerk of the Council, to which copy reference is
hereby made for full particulars.
ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1980, by the
