RESOLUTION NO. 80-76
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA APPOINTING AN ACTING CITY ATTORNEY,
AND FIXING AND ESTABLISHING A SALARY THEREFOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:
1. That this Council does hereby appoint
Edward J. Cooper . , to serve as acting city
attorney during the period commencing May 1, 1980 and ending
on the effective date when this Council appoints a permanent
city attorney.
2. That this Council does hereby fix and establish
the monthly salary for the acting city attorney in the sum
of $5~844.00 per month, to be paid in the same manner
and Et the same time as other monthly salaries in the city
are paid. In addition to said salary, the acting city attorney
shall receive all other benefits that are paid or provided
by the city to incumbents in those offices that are designated
as "executive management" in the salary resolution.
ADOPTED this 21st day of April , 1980,
