RESOLUTION NO. 80-79
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF A CERTAIN
ACTION FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of
Santa Ana, as follows:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
settle that certain action filed in the Superior Court by
JOHN PODHORSKY vs. CITY OF SANTA ANA, et. al., case number
27-38-30 for the total sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00),
and to execute on behalf of the City of Santa Ana all papers
necessary therefor.
