RESOLUTION NO. 80- 94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN TENTATIVE
PARCEL MAP 1094 SHALL EXPIRE
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 1094 was
conditionally approved by this Council on June 4, 1979, and
will expire on June 4, 1980, unless extended by this Council
pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-105 of the Santa
Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Parcel
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Tentative Parcel Map No. 1094 be, and the same is hereby,
extended for a period of one year to June 4, 1981, subject
to the same conditions and requirements as previously
imposed on the approval of said map by the Council.
