RESOLUTION NO. 80- 107
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT
AN APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
FOR SB 966 FUNDS TO BE USED FOR DEFERRED
PAYMENT REHABILITATION LOANS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to submit, on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, a
proposal and application for a loan commitment from the
Deferred Payment Rehabilitation Loan Fund of the State of
California, acting through its Department of Housing and
Community Development.
Upon completion and submission of said applica-
tion, the City Manager is further directed to file a copy
thereof with the Clerk of the Council.
