RESOLUTION NO. 80- 112
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING A COMPROMISE
AND RELEASE OF A CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of $14,752.50, plus reasonable medical-legal expenses,
in return for execution and delivery to the City of a Compromise
and Release of that certain Workers Compensation claim
heretofore filed by DELBERT R. CARR against the City regarding
injuries incurred by said employee on or about October 21,
1977, December 13, 1978, February 3, 1979, and February 5~
1976 through February 5, 1979.
ADOPTED this 16th day of 3une , 1980, by
the following vote:
