RESOLUTION NO. 80-114
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S APPROVAL OF
MINOR EXCEPTION APPLICATION 80-6
AND APPROVING SAID MINOR EXCEPTION
APPLICATION.
WHEREAS, on June 16, 1980, a public hearing was
duly held before the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
on Minor Exception Application 80-6, which seeks to allow
construction and operation of a liquor store, at 2419 N.
Grand Avenue in the C5 District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. That based on such public hearing and on the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby affirm the zoning Administrator's approval
of Minor Exception Application 80-6 and does hereby approve
said Minor Exception Application.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
findings of fact for approval of said Minor Exception Application,
that certain report entitled "Finding of Fact, Minor Exception
80-6," submitted by the Zoning Administrator and on file in
the office of the Clerk of the Council.
ADOPTED this 7th day of 3ul~ , 1980,
