RESOLUTION NO. 80-150
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
80-66 FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE COMPEN-
SATION FOR THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, on April 21, 1980, this council adopted
its Resolution No. 80-66, fixing and establishing the
compensation for the office of the Clerk of the Council; and
WHEREAS, contrary to the intent of this Council,
said Resolution inadvertently omitted to provide for
reasonable and necessary moving expenses incurred by said
officer in relocating to the City of Santa Ana;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that said Resolution No. 80-66 is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:
"5. That in addition to the compensation and
benefits specified above, the City shall pay for all
reasonable and necessary moving expenses incurred by said
officer in relocating from the City of Glendale to the City
of Santa Ana."
