The City Attorney stated the Boundary C~muissio~ finds that the bound,ties of the
proposed annexatio~ designatad "South Santa Aha Annex No. 2" are reasonabl~ definite
and certain alth(~,gh it will create an overlap of 3.8 feet with the City of Costa
Mesa, and on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the

Trask N.E. Annex"
oral report was accepted.
A petition w~s read, signed by Mrs. Charles S. Jones, Joseph D. Clark, et al,
with map attached, requesting the City Council to commence proceedings for the
-nnexation of certain territory located on the north side of Trask Avenue, between
Berrydale and Laird Streets, to be known as "Berrydale and Trask N.E. Annex,"
consisting of 66.589 acres, amd on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by
Heinly and carried, the petition end map were received, filed, and referred to
the Planning C~ission for reco,,~Aendation.
On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by He!nly end carriad, the City Council
adjourned to Friday, December 15, 1959, at 5:00 P.M., in the Council Chamber.
