A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING A STIPULATED SETTLEMENT OF A
CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIM AGAINST THE
CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred SixtyTwo Dollars
Fifty Cents ($14,962.50), in return for execution and delivery
to the City of a Stipulation with Request For Award of that
certain Workers Compensation claim heretofore filed by
BARBARA R. FARKAS against the City regarding an injury
incurred by said employee on or about March 1, 1979.
ADOPTED this 6th day of 0ct0ber , 1980, by
the following vote:
