RESOLUTION NO. 80- 195
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 79-892 SHALL EXPIRE
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 79-892 was
conditionally approved by this Council on November 5, 1979,
and will expire on November 5, 1980, unless extended by this
Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-105 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Parcel
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Tentative Parcel Map No. 79-892 be, and the same is hereby,
extended for a period of nine (9) months to August 5, 1981,
subject to the same conditions and requirements as
previously imposed on the approval of said map by the
Council, and subject to the following additional conditions:
1. The garage that crosses the property line
between Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 must be removed or relocated
to one side of the property line. Fire protection
requirements of the Building Code must be satisfied if the
garage is located within three feet of any property line.
If the garage is relocated, building permits and electrical
code permits must be obtained.
2. Parcels 1 and 2 must be connected to the
public sewer in accordance with Code permit requirements.
