RESOLUTION NO. 80-214
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND THE CLERK OF THE COUNCIL TO EXECUTE
A RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATION FOR FEDERAL
FUNDING OF PROJECT 1376, WIDENING FIRST
STREET BETWEEN BUSH AND STANDARD STREETS
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana is now engageed
Project 1376, to widen First Street between Bush and
Standard Streets, which project is a Federal Aid Urban
project; and
in
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has acquired most
of the real property necessary for the said street widening
project and is in the process of acquiring title to or
possession of the remainder thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City now desires to certify the
status of its acquisition of the right-of-way necessary for
the said street widening project to assure its eligibility
for receipt of allocated federal funding in the current
fiscal year for construction costs of the said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Mayor of the City of Santa
Ana is authorized to execute on behalf of the City that certain
"Right-of-way Certification" for the First Street Widening
Project, conforming to Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein, and the Clerk of the Council is
authorized to attest to the same.
