RESOLUTION NO. 82- 8
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN THE OFFICE OF THE
CLERK OF THE COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:
1. That this Council does hereby find and determine
that those certain recordings, maintained by the Clerk of
the Council, which are specified and listed hereinbelow, all
of which are more than two years old, are no longer required
to be maintained by the city, and, that the written consent
of the City Attorney to ~he destruction of the same has been
filed with this Council, to wit:
REEl-TO-REEL TAPE RECORDINGS OF THE
FOLLOWING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS:
January 22, 1979
February 20, 1979 (2 tapes)
March 12, 1979
April 2, 10 & 16, 1979
May 7 & 21, 1979
June 4, 18, 23 & 30, 1979 (5 tapes)
July 2 & 16, 1979 (4 tapes)
August 6, 1979 (2 tapes)
September 17, 1979
October 1 & 15, 1979 (2 tapes)
November 5 & 19, 1979 (4 tapes)
December 3 & 17, 1979
2. That this Council does hereby authorize and
approve destruction of said records, pursuant to the
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 8

provisions of Section 34090 of the Government Code of the
State of California.
ADOPTED this 1st day of Febr, ua,ry , 1982.
