RESOLUTION NO. 81- 16
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 80-86 RELATING TO THE MARKS HISTORICAL
REHABILITATION ACT OF 1976 BY DELETING
EXHIBIT A AND ADDING A CORRECTED EXHIBIT A
WHICH EXPANDS THE HISTORICAL REHABILITATION
AREA TO INCLUDE THE FRENCH PARK AREA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana, at a regularly convened meeting on June 2, 1980, adopted
a resoution designating an Historical Rehabilitation Area
and adopting procedures for the selection and financing of
rehabilitation projects pursuant to the Marks Historical
Rehabilitation Act of 1976.
WHEREAS, the Marks Historical Citizens Advisory
Board voted on October 14, 1980, to recommend that the
French Park Area be designated as an Historical Rehabilitation
Area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana that Exhibit A to Resolution No.
80-86 is hereby deleted and that "Exhibit A" attached hereto
is substituted therefor.
