RESOLUTION NO. 81-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING
THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION DENYING WAIVER APPLICATION
NO. 80-5 AND DENYING APPEAL NO. 430.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on January 19, 1981,
on the action taken by the Planning Commission in denying
Waiver Application No. 80-5, which application ~eek~ to
allow a waiver of required parking and ~eparate water meter~
for a proposed six-unit condominium conversion at 4609-4613
West McFadden Avenue in the R2 District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA A~ FOLLOWS:
1. That ba~ed on ~uch hearing and on the oral
and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City Council
does hereby affirm the action of the Planning Commission
denying ~aid Waiver Application No. 80-5, and deny Appeal
No. 430.
2. That the City Council hereby adopt~ a~ it~
findings of fact for denial of Waiver Application No. 80-5
that certain "Finding of Fact. Waiver No. 80-5," ~ubmitted
by the Planning Commission, on file in the office of the
Clerk of the Council, and incorporated by reference herein
as though fully set forth.
