RESOLUTION NO. 81-27
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING A STIPULATED SETTLEMENT OF A
CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIM AGAINST THE
CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, A~ FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of Eight Thousand Eighty-Five Dollars ($8,085.00),
in return for execution and delivery to the City of a Stipulations
with Request For Award of that certain Workers Compensation
claim heretofore filed by GAIL CLARK against the City regarding
an injury incurred by said employee on or about 8-28-77.
