RESOLUTION NO. 81- 35
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA REQUIRING THE MAILING
OF NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FEET OF A PROPOSED
STREET OR ALLEY VACATION
WHEREAS, there is a need to inform affected
citizens of all proposed street or alley vacations; and
WHEREAS, this Council desires to notify all owners
of property located within one hundred fifty (150) feet of
any street or alley to be vacated of the public hearing
concerning said vacations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA;
That the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to send written notice of any and all proposed
street or alley vacations to all owners of property located
within one hundred fifty (150) feet of the boundaries of the
proposed street or alley to be vacated, as shown on the
latest available tax roll.
