RESOLUTION NO. 81- 50
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN THE
OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE COUNCIL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA:
1. That this Council does hereby find and
determine that those certain recordings, maintained by the
Clerk of the Council, which are specified and listed
hereinbelow, all of which are more than two years old, are
no longer required to be maintained by the city, and, that
the written consent of the City Attorney to the destruction
of the same has been filed with this Council, to wit:
REEL-TO-REEL TAPE RECORDINGS OF THE
FOLLOWING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS:
January 24, 1978
February 6 (2 tapes), 21 and 28, 1978
March 6, 13, 20, and 28, 1978
April 3, 17, and 25, 1978
May 1 and 23, 1978
June 5, 12, 13, 14, 17, 19, 20,
July 1, 11 and 17, 1978
August 7, 21 (2 tapes) and 29,
September 5, 1978
October 2 and 16, 1978
November 6 and 20, 1978
December 18, 1978
24, and 27, 1978
1978,
2. That this Council does hereby authorize and
approve destruction of said records, pursuant to the
provisions of Section 34090 of the Government Code of the
State of California.
ADOPTED this 6th day of April
1981, by the following vote:
