RESOLUTION NO. 81-61
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING A COMPROMISE AND RELEASE OF
A CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIM AGAINST THE
CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($19,500.00),
in return for execution and delivery to the City of a Compromise
and Release of that certain Workers Compensation claim
heretofore filed by ROSELEE HINDMAN against the City regarding
an injury incurred by said employee on or about April 15,
1977.
