RESOLUTION NO. 81-73
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING WAIVER
NO. 80-8 FOR PROPERTY AT 1101 WEST STEVENS
AVENUE, AND DENYING APPEAL NO. 438.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on May 4, 1981, on the
action taken by the Planning Commission in granting a Waiver
No. 80-8 from the requirements for separate metering of
water and gas services and for separate sewer connection
facilities as applying to the conversion to condominiums of
apartments located at 1101 West Stevens Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such public hearing and the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning
Commission in granting said Waiver 80-8, subject to the same
conditions and requirements as imposed by the Planning
Commission, and does deny Appeal No. 438.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
findings of fact for the granting of said Waiver that
certain "Finding of Fact, Waiver No. 80-8," submitted by the
Planning Commission, on file in the office of the Clerk of
the Council and incorporated by reference herein as though
fully set forth.
