RESOLUTION NO. 81-74
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 80-12 FOR
SANTA ANA-TUSTIN COMMUNITY HOSPITAL.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on May 4, 1981, on the
action taken by the Planning Commission in granting
Conditional Use Permit No. 80-12, which application seeks to
allow a heliport at Santa Ana-Tustin Community Hospital, 100
No. Tustin Avenue, in the CD and LP Districts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such public hearing and on the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning
Commission in granting Conditional Use Permit No. 80-12,
subject to all requirements and conditions imposed by the
Planning Commission.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
findings of fact for approval of Conditional Use Permit No.
80-12 that certain "Finding of Fact, Conditional Use Permit
80-12," prepared and submitted by the Planning Commission,
on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Council, and
incorporated by reference herein as though fully set forth.
