RESOLUTION NO. 81-90
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN ISSUANCE
OF BONDS BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA- 515 N.
MAIN (ARCADE BLDG.) & 103 W. FOURTH (OTIS BLDG.)
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Aha, by its Resolution No. 81-42 desires to
issue its bonds in connection with its Major Rehabilitation
Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
has reviewed said Major Commercial Rehabilitation Program,
and pursuant to California Health and Safety Code ~ 33640,
desires to approve said bond issue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
That the bond issue as stated in Resolution No.
42 of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Ana is hereby approved for the purposes therein
stated.
