RESOLUTION NO. 81-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 10898 SHALL EXPIRE
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 10898 was
conditionally approved by this Council on December 17, 1979
and will expire on June 17, 1981, unless extended by this
Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-176 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Parcel
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
That the expiration date of Tentative Tract Map
NO. 10898 be, and the same is hereby, extended for a period
of one year to June 17, 1982, subject to the same conditions
and requirements as previously imposed on the approval of
said map by the Council.
