RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OVERRULING
AND DENYING PROTESTS.
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA (herein~
referred to as "Agency"), has passed and adopted its Resolution of Inten to
order the construction of certain improvements, together with appurtenar and
appurtenant work, pursuant to the terms and provisions of the "Improv Act
of 1911", being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of of
California, in a special assessment district known and designated a~
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 244
(ANAHURST PLACE)
