RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC WORKS
OF IMPROVEMENT, TOGETHER WITH APPURTE-
NANCES, IN A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA (hereinafter
referred to as "Agency"), has publicly opened, examined and declared sealed
bids for the doing of the work and improvements described in its Resolution of
Intention previously adopted, which Resolution of Intention is hereby expressl
referred to for a description of said work and improvements, and for all
particulars relative to the proceedings under said Resolution of Intention in
a special assessment district known and designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT HO. 244
(ANAHURST PLACE)
(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District").
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

That this Agency hereby rejects all of said proposals or
sealed bids except that herein mentioned, hereby awards the
contract for doing said work and makin~ improvements in
said Assessment District to the responsible bidder,
to-wit:.
SULLY-MILLER CONTRACTING COMP GE, CA.
at the prices named in the bid ,~ii~said bidder on file in the
Office of Agency.

THE REGISTER, a newspaper~published and of. general circulation

separate consecutive ~tions in said newspaper.
The Contractor, upon ~xecution of the contract, shall furnish
bonds for labor and als, and faithful performance in the
amounts as set ~n the specifications as previously
approved for this District.
SECTION 5.

interest will be served by allowing the property owners to
take the con for the work or improvements to be done under
