RESOLUTION NO. 81-104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING A STIPULATED
SETTLEMENT OF A CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPEN-
SATION CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
pay the sum of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Ten Dollars
($5,810.00) in return for execution and delivery to the
City of a Stipulation with Request for Award of that certain
Workers Compensation claim heretofore filed by LOEA C. RAGLAND
against the City regarding an injury incurred by said employee
on or about March 17, 1976.
