RESOLUTION NO. 81-125
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA DESIGNATING REDEVELOPMENT
SURVEY AREA NOS. 2,3,4 AND 5 FOR STUDY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Section 33310 of the California Community
Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code, Sections 33000 et
seq.) provides that redevelopment survey areas may be
designated by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
desires that areas of the City of Santa Ana hereinafter
designated be studied to determine whether a redevelopment
project or projects within said areas are feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana, California as follows:
1. The City Council hereby designates as
Redevelopment Survey Area Nos. 2 and 3 those areas shown and
described on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein
as "Exhibit A."
2. The City Council hereby designates as
Redevelopment Survey Area Nos. 4 and 5 those areas shown and
described on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein
as "Exhibit B."
3. The City Council hereby finds that the
designated survey areas require study to determine if a
redevelopment project or projects within said areas are
feasible.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of Au§ust
