RESOLUTION NO. 81-132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON C5 SITE
PLAN REVIEW NO. 118 AND DENYING APPEAL
NO. 446 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2705-
2761 NORTH GRAND AVENUE
WHEREAS a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Aha on August 3, 1981, on
the action taken by the Planning Commission in affirming the
decision of the Zoning Administrator on C5 Site Plan Review
No. 118, pertaining to property located at 2705-2761 N.
Grand Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such public hearing and the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning
Commission on C5 Site Plan Review No. 118 and does deny
Appeal No. 446.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
findings of fact for the abovesaid decision those findings
set forth in the "Planning Department Staff Report," on file
in the office of the Clerk of the Council and incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set forth.
