RESOLUTION NO. 81437
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 10963 SHALL EXPIRE
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF
MOUNTAIN VIEW STREET SOUTH OF FIFTH STREET
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 10963, pertaining
to the division of property located on the east side of
Mountain View Street south of Fifth Street, was conditionally
approved by this Council on February 4, 1980 and will expire
on August 4, 1981, unless extended by this Council pursuant
to the provisions of Section 34-176 of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code; and

WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Parcel
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
That the expiration date of Tentative Tract Map
No. 10963 be, and the same is hereby, extended for a period
of one year to August 4, 1982, subject to the same
conditions and requirements as previously imposed on the
approval of said map by the Council.
