RESOLUTION NO. 81-147
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA CORRECTING A CLERICAL
ERROR IN RESOLUTION NO. 81-134 PERTAINING
TO THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT NO. 81-10
WHEREAS, this Council, on August 17, 1981,
approved Resolution No. 81-134, approving Conditional Use
Permit No. 81-10 to allow construction of an outdoor
advertising sign at 225 South Grand Avenue, subject to
certain requirements and conditions; and
WHEREAS, including among said requirements and
conditions, due to clerical error and contrary to the
intention of this Council, was a requirement for the
installation and maintenance of landscaping on the subject
site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That paragraph (1) of section 4 of Resolution
No. 81-134 is amended by deleting therefrom the words
"Including a landscape plan," and the words, "and
landscaping of the subject property to industrial zone
standards (SAMC section 41-475)."
2. That section 4 of Resolution No. 81-134 is
further amended by deleting paragraph (3) therefrom.
