RESOLUTION NO. 81-163
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING CONDI-
TIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 81-6 AND DENYING
APPEAL NO. 456 FOR PROPERTY AT 750 EAST
DYER ROAD
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on October 5, 1981 on
the action taken by the Planning Commission in denying
Conditional Use Permit No. 81-6, which application seeks to
allow retail sales of antique furniture at 750 East Dyer
Road in the M2 District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such public hearing and the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning
Commission in denying Conditional Use Permit No. 81-6 and
deny Appeal No. 456.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
findings of fact for denial of Conditional Use Permit No. 81-
6, that certain "Finding of Fact, Conditional Use Permit No.
81-6," prepared and submitted by the Planning Commission, on
file in the office of the Clerk of the Council, and
incorporated by reference herein as though fully set forth.
ADOPTED this 18th day of January , 1982,
