RESOLUTION NO. 81-187
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN ISSUANCE
OF A BOND BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 209-213 WEST FOURTH
STREET
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana, by its Resolution No. 81-122desires to
issue its bonds in connection with its Major Rehabilitation
Program for the purpose of providing financial assistance to
Joseph G. Elias and Ruth Elias for rehabilitation of
property owned by them located at 209-213 West Fourth
Street;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
has reviewed said Major Commercial Rehabilitation Program,
and pursuant to California Health and Safety Code ~ 33640,
desires to approve said bond issue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
That the bond issue as stated in Resolution No. 81-122
of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Ana is hereby approved for the purposes therein stated.
