RESOLUTION NO. 81- 209
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE FIRE
CHIEF OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE
LICENSE AGREEMENTS FOR THE INSTALLATION
AND OPERATION OF FIRE DEPARTMENT RADIO
COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT ON PRIVATELY-
OWNED PROPERTY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the Fire Chief of the City of Santa Ana, or
his authorized representative as designated in writing, is
hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of Santa
Ana, license agreements permitting the City of Santa Ana to
install, operate, maintain and remove Fire Department radio
communications equipment at, on or within privately-owned
properties located within the City of Santa Ana.
