RESOLUTION NO. 82-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF SUPPLEMENT NOS. 17,18,19, AND 20
TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-
5063 FOR FEDERAL-AID SAFETY FUNDING FOR
PROJECTS HES-000S (042), (044) (054) AND
(065) -- MODIFICATIONS TO TRAFFIC SIGNALS
AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
has identified improvements in traffic safety as a
Transportation objective of highest priority; and
WHEREAS, Federal-Aid Safety Funding in the amount
of $656,100 has been approved and allocated for
implementation of such improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, City-matching funds in the required
amount of $72,900 are available.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana that the Mayor is authorized to
execute, on behalf of the City, those certain Supplement
Nos. 17,18,19, and 20 to the Master Agreement for the
Federal-Aid Program between the City of Santa Ana and the
State of California, dated December 19, 1977 (Agreement No.
07-5063), for Safety Improvement Projects HES-0005 (042),
(044), (054) and (065), pertaining to modifications to
traffic signals at various locations.
ADOPTED this ]6th day of February , 1982.
