RESOLUTION NO. 82- 27
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AN INDENTURE
BETWEEN THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION
COMPANY AND THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that that certain Indenture, dated January 29,
1982, by which the Southern Pacific Transportation Company
grants to the City of Santa Ana the right to construct,
reconstruct, maintain and operate a twelve-inch water
pipeline within a twenty-inch casing across and beneath the
property and tracks of the Southern Pacific Transportation
Company, a copy of which is on file in the :office of the
Clerk of the Council, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City.
