City Council met in adjourned regular session.
Meeting called to order by the Mayor~
Present: Councilmen Stamley C. ~°uld, Jr., Dale H. Neimly, A. A. Nail
Absent:
Petition requesting
annexation ~o City;
"Fairhaven and Esplanade
West Annex"
Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Bob Brewer
A petition was presented signed by approximately thirty-nine persons requesting
annexation to the City of territory described as extending north from the south
lime of Fairhaven Avenue between Yorba mud Santiago Avenues, and extending south
from the north line of Fairhaven Avenue between Espl~n~e Avenue and a line just
west of Ethelbee Way, and designated "Fairhaven amd Esplanade West Aunex". On
motion of Cou~c:ll.,~,', Gould, seconded by Neinly and carried, the petition was
received and filed.
Ordinance No. NS-489
Declaring annexation
"Delhi and Raitt
S. E. Annex"
The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of
CotlnC~lman Neinly, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Ordinance entitled
"Ordinance No. NS-489 declaring the ~n~exation of that certain
territory designated ~Delhi and Raitt S. E. Annex~''
was considered and passed by the following vote:

Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Bob Brewer
The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of
Councilman ~ould, seconded by Neimly and carried, the following Ordinance entitled
"Ordinance No. NS-490 ~eclaring the annexation of that certain
territory designated 'T~entieth and Lyon Aunex'"
was considered and passed by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen St-~ley C. Gould, Jr., Dale N. Neiuly
A. A. Eall
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Counc~-n Royal E. Hubbard, Bob Brewer
On motion of Co,mmllman Gould, seconded by Heinly and carried, the City Council
adjourned.
