CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO VACATE A PORTION OF FIFTH STREET
BETWEEN POINSETTIA STREET AND THE
PACIFIC RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, SETTING A
PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, AND DIRECTING
THEREOF TO BE POSTED AND PUBLISHED

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
