A petitic~ was presented signed by approximately eight persons requesting annexa-
tion to the City of territory designated "Newport and warren N. W~ Annex". On
motiou of Councilman :Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the petition w~s re-
fram the Planning C~ission was received and filed reco~nding approval of pro-
posed annexation to the City of territory designated "Newport and Warren N. W.

On motion of Counci]mau Nubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the communicatioz

The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
Counci~Au Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution eh-
titled:
"Resolution No. 61-10 declaring the consent of the City Council
of Santa Aha to c~-=.~ncement of proceedings under the Annexa-
tion Act of
of territory designated "Newport and Warren N. W. Annex" was considered and passed
by the following vote:
