On motion of Counc~!man Hubbard, seconded by Gonld and carried, the Affidavit of
Publicatinn of Notice of Intention to Circulate Petition for annexation of terri-
tory to the City of Santa Aha, California, designated "New~ort and War~en.N.W.
Annex," wms rece~'ved and filed.
The Council hay ~i~g unanimously waived the reading of the Resolutic~, on motion of
Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Rrewer and carried, the following Resolution en-
titled:
"Resolution No. 61-11 acknowledging the receipt of a copy of
Notice of Intenticm to Circmlate l~-titinn f~r Amnexatinn of
Territory to Santa Aha, acc~a~anyi~g st&te~ent and affidavit
of publication thereof and approving the circulation of the
petit ion"
of that certain territory designated "Newport and Warren N. W. Annex", was consid-
ered and passed by the following vote:
