RESOLUTION NO. 82-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
COVERING PARTICIPATION IN THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE BROADWAY OVERCROSSING PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA that that certain agreement entitled "District
Agreement No. 3632," between the City of Santa Ana and the
State of California, pertaining to participation in the
construction of the Broadway Overcrossing Project, is hereby
approved in the form prepared by the California Department
of Transportation, a copy of which is on file in the office
of the Clerk of the Council, and the Mayor is authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Santa Ana.
ADOPTED this 6th day of July 1982.
