RESOLUTION NO. 82- 97
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA TO PROVIDE ANNUAL REQUALIFICATION FOR PAR-
TICIPATION IN THE ARTERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 9, Division 2
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California
authorize a county to expend funds apportioned to it out of
the California Highway Users' Tax Fund for aid to any city
for the improvement, construction, or repair of streets
within such city; and
WHEREAS, the procedure manual for the Arterial
Highway Financing Program requires annual requalification of
participating cities in the program by informing the Ad-
visory Committee of any changes in its Arterial Highway
Master Plan~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: That the Advisory
Committee of the Arterial Highway Financing Program be in-
formed of the fact that there have been no changes to the
Arterial Highway Master Plan within the City of Santa Ana
since Resolution No. 81-145 was adopted and submitted to the
Advisory Committee for inclusion in the program.
