RESOLUTION NO. 82-102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 11329 SHALL EXPIRE FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2201-2225 SOUTH PACIFIC
AVENUE
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 11329 pertaining
to the division of property located at 2201-2225 South Pacific
Avenue was conditionally approved by this Council on February
2, 1981, would expire on August 2, 1982, unless extended by
this Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-105 of
the Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an extension
of the expiration date of said Tentative Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of Tentative
Tract Map No. 11329 be, and the same is hereby, extended for
a period of one year to August 2, 1983,subject to the same
conditions and requirements as previously imposed on the
approval of said map by the Council.
