G~oups charging an entry fee or donation will have an additional rental fee of 10% of gross monies collected, unless as a non-profit organization. If the organization doss not meet the definition of "charitable" or "religious" as defined in Chapter 26 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, and does not have a non-profit I.R.S. number, it will be classified as profit making and must pay the additional 10% fee. There will be a $100.00 cleaning deposit charged per rental. For such items for which a regular established price is unavailable, the Department Head, in collaboration with the Director of Finance may establish a price consistent with the cost of printing and preparation thereof. ~he Director of Finance shall report such exceptioD~ to the City Manager. It shall be the respensibility of the City Manager to review such costs annually and make such recommendations to the City Council as required to keep the changes consistent with the costs. All governmental agen- cies and their official representatives shall be exempt from paying these charges for single copies for official use. Resolution No. 81-93, adopted on June 15, 1981 is repealed.
