RESOLUTION NO. 82- 142
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME WHEN
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 11429 SHALL EXPIRE
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
WESTMINSTER AVENUE, WEST OF FAIRVIEW STREET
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 11429 pertaining to
the division of property located on the south side of
Westminster Avenue, west of Fairview Street, was
conditionally approved by this Council on April 20, 1981,
would expire on October 20, 1982, unless extended by this
Council pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-105 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Tract
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Tentative Tract Map No. 11429 be, and the same is hereby,
extended for a period of one year to October 20, 1983,
subject to the same conditions and requirements as
previously imposed on the approval of said map by the
Council.
