TO VACATE ROE DRIVE BETWEEN MAIN
AND ARNETT DRIVE SETTING A PUBL HEARING
THEREON, AND DIRECTING NOTICE TO
BE POSTED AND PUBLISHED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO!
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS
BY THE CITY COUNCIL
1. Pursuant to and in acco~ with Chapter 3 of
Part 3 of Division 9 of the Stree and Highways Code of the
State of California, this Counci does hereby declare its
intention to vacate Roe Drive Main Street and Arnett
Drive, as shown on a map on fi in the Office of the Clerk
of the Council.
