RESOLUTION NO. 82-171
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 82-119 OF THE SAID COUNCIL PERTAINING
TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION
AND ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER 8 OF THE SANTA
ANA MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that the first paragraph of subsection A,
"BUILDING CODE," of Section 2, "SPECIFIC CODE FEES AND
CHARGES" of Resolution No. 82-119 of this Council is amended
to read as follows:
"Any person desiring a permit required by the Building
Code shall, at the time of filing an application therefor,
pay a fee equal to $10.00 plus the sum of the fees for the
work to be done under the permit as set forth in the
following schedule, provided, however, that the minimum fee
for the issuance of any permit shall be $20.00"
