A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA TO PROVIDE A MAXIMUM OF EIGHTY-FIVE (85) PARKING
SPACES IN THE 28 CIVIC CENTER PLAZA PARKING FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the State of California needs up to eighty-five (85) parking
stalls to park official cars; and
WHEREAS, the contract by the Civic Center Authority does not provide for
any monthly parking under the Plaza of the Flags; and
WHEREAS, the City -operated parking lot for official cars still has many
vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana resolves that
the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement.
