Home My WebLink About83-012RESOLUTION NO. 83- 12 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS MAINTAINED IN THE SANTA ANA FIRE DEPARTMENT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: CDG:jd 1/6/83 1. That this Council does hereby find and determine that those certain records, maintained by the Santa Ana Fire Department, which are specified in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, all of which are more than two years old, are no longer required to be maintained by the City, and that the written consent of the City Attorney to the destruction of the same has been filed with this Council. 2. That this Council does hereby authorize and approve destruction of said records, pursuant to the provisions of Section 34090 of the Government Code of the State of California.
