RESOLUTION NO. 83-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE TIME
WHEN TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 81-894
SHALL EXPIRE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1540 EAST EDINGER AVENUE
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 81-894,
pertaining to the division of property located at
1540 East Edinger Avenue was conditionally approved by this
Council on March 1, 1982, and will expire on March 1, 1983,
unless extended by this Council pursuant to the provisions
of Section 34-105 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an
extension of the expiration date of said Tentative Parcel
Map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of
Tentative Parcel Map No. 81-894 be, and the same is hereby,
extended for a period of one year to March 1, 1984, subject
to the same conditions and requirements as previously
imposed on the approval of said map by this Council.
ADOPTED, this 14th day of March , 1983.
