HomeMy WebLinkAbout83-033REL:adg 2/8/83 RESOLUTION NO. 83-33 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-108 (ESTABLISHING A UNIFORM SCHEDULE OF FEES) TO ADD THERETO FEES FOR RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE RELOCATION PERMITS AND HOME OCCUPATION PERMITS WHEREAS, this Council, by its Resolution No. 82- 108, dated August 2, 1982, adopted a Uniform Schedule of Fees designed to compensate the City for the administrative cost of providing certain services; and WHEREAS, Section VI of said Resolution pertains to services provided by the Planning and Zoning Division of the Department of Planning and Development Services; and WHEREAS, since the adoption of said Resolution, certain new services have been added to the responsibilities of the said Planning and Zoning Division: specifically, the administration of the regulations governing the relocation of residential structures, as set forth in Section 41-620 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and the regulations governing home occupations, as set forth in Sections 41-192.1 through 41-192.5 of the said Code; and WHEREAS, both the abovesaid regulations are administered through a permit process, and the imposition of a fee to compensate the city for the administrative costs of review of permit applications and other costs of the enforcement of said regulations is authorized in both cases; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that Section VI of Resolution No. 82-108 of this Council is hereby amended by adding thereto the following fees for the filing of the following permit applications: RESOLUTION NO. 83- 33 PAGE TWO MISCELLANEOUS SALES OR SERVICES UNIT CHARGE Residential Structure Re- Flat Filing Fee $100.00 location Permit Home Occupation Permit Flat Filing Fee $ 25.00 ADOPTED this 14th day of March , 1983.
